กล้องวงจรปิด IPC-HFW2449M-S-B-PRO จาก Dahua ใช้เซ็นเซอร์ CMOS ขนาด 1/1.8” ความละเอียด 4MP ซึ่งให้ภาพคมชัดและสามารถทำงานได้ดีในสภาพแสงน้อย ผลลัพธ์สูงสุดของกล้องคือ 4MP (2688 × 1520) ที่ 20 fps และยังรองรับความละเอียด 2560×1440 (2560 × 1440) ที่ 25/30 fps กล้องนี้มาพร้อมกับเทคโนโลยีการบีบอัด H.265 ที่มีอัตราการบีบอัดสูงและใช้แบนด์วิธต่ำ ช่วยให้ประหยัดพื้นที่จัดเก็บข้อมูลและทำงานได้ดีในสภาพแวดล้อมที่มีการเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ตจำกัด กล้องนี้มีระบบแสงอุ่นในตัวที่สามารถส่องสว่างได้ไกลถึง 50 เมตร ทำให้เหมาะสำหรับการใช้งานกลางคืนหรือในที่มืด นอกจากนี้ยังรองรับการบีบอัดข้อมูลด้วย ROI, SMART H.264+/H.265+ และ AI H.264/H.265 ที่มีความยืดหยุ่นสูงและรองรับหลายสภาพแวดล้อมการเฝ้าระวังต่างๆ ฟีเจอร์ที่มีมาเพิ่มเติม เช่น Rotation Mode, WDR, 3D NR, HLC, BLC และ Digital Watermarking ช่วยให้กล้องสามารถใช้งานในหลายๆ สถานการณ์การเฝ้าระวังได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ อีกทั้งยังรองรับการตรวจจับอัจฉริยะ เช่น การบุกรุกและเส้นทางข้าม (Tripwire) โดยสามารถแยกแยะและตรวจจับยานยนต์และมนุษย์ได้อย่างแม่นยำ กล้องนี้ยังสามารถตรวจจับความผิดปกติ เช่น การเคลื่อนไหว การบิดเบือนของวิดีโอ และการขัดข้องอื่นๆ ซึ่งช่วยให้ผู้ใช้มั่นใจได้ว่าการเฝ้าระวังทำงานได้อย่างครบถ้วน การติดตั้งกล้องก็ทำได้ง่ายด้วยการจ่ายไฟ PoE และมีการป้องกันตามมาตรฐาน IP67 ซึ่งทำให้ทนทานต่อสภาพแวดล้อมภายนอก
